Finally, the view of the Fishers in the distance as seen from Utah State Route 128, also famous as the Upper Colorado River Scenic Byway, in Moab, Utab, USA.
After a successful day at Arches National Park, my husband and I decided to check the Fisher Towers the following day. We drove the scenic Highway 128 after turning right from highway 191 from Moab City. The 44 mile long State Route 128, which we only drove 25, has been designated the Upper Colorado River Scenic Byway. The tall cliffs hid the morning sunshine as we started the drive but the famous Colorado River on our left made the drive astonishing.

Unfortunately, the last part to the trail head is unpaved and although our car have previously managed, we didn’t want to take the risk. At least, we have seen the Fisher Towers from a distance. Also, I thought I heard Canyonlands National Park already calling my name :)

oooh! This reminded us of our drive around Moab too!
Cannot get enough of the views especially early in the morning. Some of the routes look like they need some work but its still amazing a drive!
The excitement lingers, doesn’t it? We all should visit Utah, especially Moab, at least once in our lives. That would really be awesome, especially for kids. It might inspire them to study geology, or simply take care of our planet at the least. When resources permit, we hope to visit again one day and maybe camp in late spring or early summer. :)
